Orders ship within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Expedited orders are prioritized.
Shipping is calculated at checkout using real-time courier rates based on your location, package size, and weight.

Duties and taxes are typically calculated and collected at checkout. If not, you may be responsible for payment upon delivery.

- We do not refund for carrier delays.
- We cannot reship or refund orders still marked “In Transit,” including those marked “Arriving Late” by USPS.
- We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but not received. Please file a claim with the carrier or visit missingmail.usps.com.
- We are unable to change shipping addresses or cancel orders after they are placed.
- Refused or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
- We do not reship returned packages—please place a new order if needed.
