Orders ship within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Expedited orders are prioritized.

Shipping is calculated at checkout using real-time courier rates based on your location, package size, and weight.

  • We do not refund for carrier delays.
  • We cannot reship or refund orders still marked “In Transit,” including those marked “Arriving Late” by USPS.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but not received. Please file a claim with the carrier or visit missingmail.usps.com.
  • We are unable to change shipping addresses or cancel orders after they are placed.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
  • We do not reship returned packages—please place a new order if needed.
