I love everything about my heart urn (well, except the reason I need it in the first place). From the excellent communication to the preview to the directions on how to fill it and seal it, then the thank you communication, it was a nearly flawless process. The piece itself and the chain are extremely high quality and the handwriting fits perfectly. I get so many compliments, and it is so very comforting to have this handwriting urn and my husband's wedding ring near my heart. This is the best Gift ever! I LOVE this product SO much, started thinking....Hmmm. My Daughter is known for losing her keys so JUST in case...buying 2 more for her I'll put up and 1 for my Son (never heard of him losing his but just in case). They will be kept in the Safe, hanging on a peg in a small see through bag. The thought of their anguish if they were to one day accidently lost my Handwriting Charm bothers me, so would rather have a spare. Perhaps silly but to me, this Gift is priceless as I would give anything to have my parent's handwriting. I think everyone should buy at least one Spare - just in case. ;) Buy Spares everyone! Just want to thank you for the necklace for my daughter with her dad's name written by him. He passed on June 19 2025 an she wanted probably 6 months before our names written by us to be tattoo onto her arm. Unfortunately, time passes us by, and we did not do this. I initially ordered a key ring for myself. When I received it, I immediately had to order another one for my sister. She received hers yesterday and called me in tears.
