I ordered my custom charm necklace and it came quickly. It is exactly what I hoped for! Unfortunately the clasp broke the second day I had it. I emailed customer service and was contacted quickly. They sent out a new chain for no charge. A great experience over all.
My mom‘s handwriting is unrecognizable to those who knew her.
