I had two sources of handwriting to combine so I paid the extra for the preview. It was perfect! Sarah and Essie was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process.
I made this purchase to honor my son who passed away in March of this year.
The disc was nicely laser engraved with his handwriting -exactly as I requested.
The packaging is extremely nice and I will keep the pendant in the box when I am not wearing it.
What let the experience down was the chain - and clasp. It arrived lackluster and needed polishing and the jump ring on the pendant had not been completely closed.
I was able to sort all this out but in reality more attention to quality control would have made the purchase even more special.
