The overall look was a bit disappointing. I am not sure after paying that much for an item why you would have to glue it. But I did agree to that. The bracelet is too tight. I had ordered a charm for my dog who passed away from Sarah's etsy site. I decided to order one like it for our young dog, and found the site had moved from etsy to the web, but I couldn't find exactly how to order it. So I sent an email to the site and had a response right away! We figured it out and I soon had another tag - now I have matching tags for both doggies!

I love everything about my heart urn (well, except the reason I need it in the first place).
