📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit for personalized items, or a refund for non-personalized items.

We typically cover return shipping in these cases, but we may not require the item to be sent back - this depends on the item and value.

Note: We do not issue refunds or accept returns for personalized items unless they are damaged or defective.

✨ Personalized Items

Because these pieces are made just for you, personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please double-check your personalization details when placing your order, including spelling, character limits, and layout options.

We do our best to engrave exactly what is submitted. We cannot offer refunds or remakes for customer errors or if you change your mind after seeing the final engraving.

That said, if something doesn’t turn out how you expected, please reach out - we always do our best to help.

💎 Non-Personalized Items

You may return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is not included, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All packaging and accessories (like boxes and filling kits) must be returned

If the item is missing parts or shows signs of use, a 30% restocking fee may apply.

Cremation jewelry cannot be returned if it has been filled or used in any way.

🕓 Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly - often within 24 hours - so changes and cancellations may not be possible. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We encourage customers to contact us directly before disputing a charge. We’re committed to making things right whenever possible, but chargebacks submitted without communication may limit the options we’re able to offer moving forward.
