    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products.

    However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, less original shipping charges.

    Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to initiate a return.


    • Custom/personalized/engraved items are not eligible for return or refund. Please be sure to read the description carefully and ask any questions prior to purchase.
    • Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
    • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, neglect or damage caused by external forces is not covered. 

    If the product is defective, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

    If returning for any other reason, you will receive your refund less any shipping charges upon return of the item(s). 

    Please return all items in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return was initiated. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns on any cremation jewelry items that have been used.

    When we receive your return, we will credit your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). We will also send you a copy of the refund memo via email.


    Because we begin processing orders immediately upon receipt, we are unable to accommodate requests for address changes or order changes/cancellations. Please ensure that all information entered is correct, at the time your order is placed.
