Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend submitting a clear image of the handwriting you'd like featured. This could be a signature, a short message, or even a date. The higher the quality of the image, the better the engraving will look.
Unfortunately, we cannot recreate handwriting. All desired words for engraving must be included in the submitted sample(s).
Space is limited on the pendants, so it's best to keep your message concise.
Here are the recommended word limits for the various sizes of charms I offer. Please see the product description for sizing information.
- 1/2": 1-3 words
- 3/4": 3-4 words
- 7/8": 5-6 words
- 1": 7-8 words
- Rectangle Keychain: 4-5 words
- Heart Pendant: 4-6 words
- Heart Urn Pendant: 4-6 words
- Bracelets: 3-4 words

At this time, we specialize in engraving handwriting onto our jewelry. While fingerprint engraving is a beautiful option, it requires a different preparation process. However, our handwriting engraving allows you to capture a loved one's written message or signature, creating a truly personal and meaningful piece.
We offer a digital preview for an additional $5. This allows our design team to create a mockup of your pendant with your handwriting, ensuring you love it before it goes into production.
