For a fee of $15, we can prioritize the production of your memorial jewelry to ensure it is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Please note the conditions below.
What is Rush Processing?
Our normal production time is 3 business days. By purchasing rush processing, you will jump to the front of the production line. This will decrease your order's processing time by up to 2 business days.
What is Not Included?
The Rush Processing fee does not include expedited shipping. Should you need to shorten the transit time of your package, you will still need to select Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air.
Rush Processing does not mean same-day shipping. It simply means that your order will jump to the front of the line and will be processed ahead of orders that have not selected Rush Processing.
Rush Processing doesn't guarantee you'll receive your order on a specific date. We are unable to guarantee transit times unless Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air are selected at checkout.
Please note that this fee is non-refundable, even if you return part or all of your order.

- Orders over $75 ship free via USPS First Class Mail
- Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
- We do not ship on weekends or Federal holidays. These days are not included in estimated production times.

RETURNS
Returns are cheerfully accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Custom/personalized/engraved items are not eligible for return or refund. Please be sure to read the description carefully and ask any questions prior to purchase.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
