Yes, many of our items are eligible for engraving. For those products, you will find the engraving option listed on the product details page. 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.


Depending on your device, some payment methods may not be available to you. (IE. Android users will not be offered Apple Pay as an option).

Where required by law, we collect sales tax and pay it to the state or province to which we’ve shipped your merchandise.

We currently collect sales tax in the following U.S states:

Please be aware that International customers may be charged customs duties when your order enters your country.

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or collect these charges on your behalf. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your local customs office and/or Post Office.

You should receive an order confirmation automatically within minutes of placing your order. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, please check your spam/junk folders first.


If you're still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to resend your confirmation.

Because we begin processing orders immediately upon receipt, we are unable to accommodate requests for address changes or order changes/cancellations. Please ensure that all information entered is correct, at the time your order is placed.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal US Holidays.

Items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days of cleared payment, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.Around holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Need it quick? We offer upgraded shipping options at checkout, should you need to ensure faster transit times.

Standard shipping s a flat rate of $4.95 for all memorial jewelry orders within the United States. Orders over $60 ship free.

Additionally, we offer the following upgraded services:

Priority (3-5 day) - $10.95

Expedited (1-3 day) - $29.95

These services ship the following business day after the order is placed.

International Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking information. If you added a phone number for SMS/text updates, your tracking information will be sent via text, as well.

If your package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, your order will be restocked and refunded less the cost of shipping.

We are unable to reship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would like us to reship your order, please place a new order and be sure to double check the shipping address provided.

Product FAQ

Our cremation jewelry is made out of 316L stainless steel, unless otherwise noted on the product description page.

We chose this metal for its anti-corrosion, tarnish and chemical properties. In addition, stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic.

No - and that's a good thing for you! The savings we are able to realize by not having the overhead of a retail store are passed onto you, our customer.
