Every piece is made by hand and built to last, but if something isn't right, I want to make it right.

Charms and chains are covered for one year against manufacturing defects, things like a clasp that breaks, a jump ring that wasn't fully closed, or engraving that fades earlier than it should. If something like this happens, reach out and I'll repair or replace it at no charge.

This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, including everyday scratching or damage from accidents, and it's not eligible for a refund. Every situation is a little different, so if you're not sure whether something qualifies, just send me a photo at support@sarahandessie.com and I'll take a look. Please be sure to include your order number and email address under which the order was placed.
